Order Turn Around Time
Orders are normally processed on the business day they are received. Outdoorfurniturestore.net will notify you if your shipment will be delayed for any reason.
Product Quality
At Outdoorfurniturestore.net we take pride in ensuring that you receive a high quality product at your doorstep. Every product we ship is hand inspected and packed in a secure high quality box. If for any reason you receive a damaged product please return it immediately so that a refund can be issued or a replacement can be shipped. We are experts in the products we stock and if you have any product related questions don’t hesitate to send us an email.
Order Cancelation
An order cancellation request should be received via email within 12 hours of placement. Please write your full name and order number in the body of the text and put “order cancellation request” in the header. Send to discountsbest@gmail.com. If your order has already been shipped you will be responsible for the shipping fees.

Out-of-Stock Availability
We are unable to provide information for when out-of-stock products will be available.
Product Out-of-Stock
If an out-of-stock or back-order situation arises, we advise the customer as soon as possible and refund the transaction.

We accept Visa, MasterCard, and PayPal. You can use American Express and Discover through PayPal.
If Your Credit Card is Declined:
Please check the following:
- that the number and expiration date are correct.
- that the billing address you provide is the one that your financial institute has on record.
If everything is correct, and your card is still declined, please contact the institution that issues your card.

Shipping Information
Shipping Address vs. Billing Address
We do allow you to ship to a different address other than your billing address. However, your billing address must match the address on your credit card statement.
Shipping Charges & Regions
All products are shipped using UPS, USPS, or FedEx ground. Please call for orders shipped to Alaska, Hawaii, or Puerto Rico. Sorry, but we are currently unable to ship to international, APO or FPO addresses at this time.
